A swimming pool is a three dimensional space, serving its purpose when it is filled to capacity. Michael Scheibenreiter/Phoneheads and Stefan Schwander alias Antonelli electr./Repeat Orchestra are filling their Swimmingpool up with water, clear water. Their first 12" on Combination Records impressed the minimal scene with deep basses and enormous kickdrums. Drum & Bass folks felt surprised about the path of rythms "O-Ton Left "and "Atomizer" were leading to. "Perhaps", a track for the Label-Compilation "Combination Traffic" convinced again with fresh water. A 2 step-alike rythm with Antonelli-Piano and Phoneheads Sounds opened up again new possibilities for this duo. Swimmingpool is about to be a playground for two producer giants, coming from two different genres belonging the electronic dance underground.
