The smell of adhesive and loud music belong inseperably together - if you spent your youth lying on the floor between some wooden speakers which smell of glue and press this aroma into your nose with every single bassdrum. Maybe the strange emotional attachment to music is directly caused by the inhalation of German solvents which - even months after their acquisition - spread inspiring odours in which a daydream could strike roots easily. Probably that`s why the music of Douglas Greed possesses a daydreamish touch. And therefore "Delicate" is just like a trip to a well designed public park, where you feed the ducks with home made paper hearts and dress up for the lampion parade every tuesday evening. Then you raise your glass to one another and you drink the sparkling beer, while the bassline in "Hypnotize" interrupts for a moment - to give the instantly starting melody its air to breathe. After that, it goes on on the dead straight "Hemman & Kaden" Road" which allows a completely different approach to "Delicate" and guides through reduced - that`s why they are so attractive - landscapes which unmistakably smell like East-Thuringian minimal brushwood. From there, the place where you can watch helicopters healing the sky by the use of plasters - like in the video of "Koto125" - is not far away.
